Sorry, we don’t offer phone support at this time. We’ve created this page to explain why.
We love answering questions, solving problems, and helping to encourage kids around the world to read. But we’re a small team that manages a big reading program – with users in more than 120 countries. To offer quality phone support to all our users around the world would add significantly to the price we’d have to charge for our paid plans. It would also make it near impossible to offer our free plans for kids, parents and teachers.
More importantly, we truly believe that we wouldn’t be able to provide the same effective assistance over the phone. Email offers the best way for us to help you because:
- We can send you links, screen captures, etc.
- We can track all support requests.
- We can route complex questions to the appropriate staff member.
- We can investigate complex questions without putting you on hold.
All emails are answered in a timely manner. If you want immediate assistance, please be sure to consult our FAQs and other helpful resources, which include instructions, videos and guides to answer all your questions. We’ve yet to encounter an issue that couldn’t be resolved through our support area or via email.
